Spawn rate is capped at 100% (5 Non-MLB copies, or 2 MLB copies + 1 Non-MLB copy). Spawn rate can be boosted with CE copies. Base spawn rate for Rare Enemies is 25%. Free Quests can also spawn Rare Enemies, which are required for Mission completion, and also drop large amounts of QP!. 
Daytime Free Quests are better for clearing Missions due to the enemies available.
After progressing through the Main Storyline, both Daytime and Nighttime versions for each Free Quest become available, each with different enemies and drops. Three event shop currencies ( ) will be available for farming from Free Quests. Obtain a free Welfare Servant, Yu Mei-ren (Lancer) by completing the Main Quests and Missions for the event!.
